Instructions of operation and safety rules are given with each rental.  If a unit does not work to the customers satisfaction (or Neill`s) a replacement is usually found. It should be determined before a tool rental, ”if this is the right tool for the job”. Proper pieces are readily chosen after any discussion with Neill or Lee.  They are good listeners and are always there when advice is needed.  Renovations are nothing new to Neill.  After extensively renovating his own home and others, there is a wealth of information gathered on that end of things.
